Tip: Visit friends or a new location
Even though you may not feel like being very social, or simply may not want to get out of the house. Sometimes forcing ourselves outside to visit friends or even a brand new place can be healthy for our minds. Visiting friends and talking to them can help lighten your mood, visiting a new location can help bring a sense of adventure and curiosity in you.
You may not want to do these things initially, but if you can push yourself past the initial stages, sooner or later the momentum will take over doing the rest :).
Keep your chin up, be positive :).
