Tip: Join a support group (or make your own).
Sometimes our depression can be too much for us to handle on our own. Asking the aid of others may lead to various different techniques and solutions to try. One of which maybe joining a support group. In a support group you will be around others who are also dealing with depression. You will be around individuals who best understand it and are trying to overcome it together.
Alternatively, if you know how, you can always go about creating your own support group as well.
Keep your chin up, be positive :).
