Tip: Get off of Social Media for a while.
If you can afford to, think of retreating from social media usage for a while. Social media, while it is a great tool, it is also a very harmful thing. Why harmful? Social media has a tendency to attract all sorts of people. Different types of people will produce different things on there, some just tend to produce more drama than others. That drama may breed negativity which could further affect your mental health.
Retreating from social media puts a wall between that negativity and you. This gives you the time and space you need to recover.
Keep your chin up, be positive :).
