Tip: Practice relaxation techniques.
Depression can be known to bring on stress. Relaxation to release the stress at such times is very important. Relaxation can help bring about inner peace from such stress and worries. Relaxation can help clear up the mind. Practicing relaxation techniques daily can help create a more stable mindset in the long run.
Keep your chin up, be positive :).
