Tip: Don’t skip meals.
Skipping meals and having a long interval between the times you have eaten in can cause irritation and fatigue. That is one of the last things you would want to happen to you considering the fatigue depression can already bring. Aim to eat what you can at your usual times. If you can’t bring yourself to eat something, perhaps try drinking a healthy drink like a smoothie instead.
Keep your chin up, be positive :).
