Look up at the Sky

When we are depressed, we have a natural tendency to keep our heads low. Normally what happens is that our head will remain at position in which we are either constantly staring at the ground or a little below our head level.

But sometimes a simple action can help change your outlook. When we look down at the ground with a negative mindset, our outlook will tend to remain negative. Sometimes we have to just forget everything and look up at the sky. Doing a simple action like this can help change your outlook even by a little. This works especially well on sunny days.

A simple change in outlook can do wonders for our minds. This especially holds true for when you are in a negative mindset. So why not try looking up once in a while? 🙂
