You won’t always get things happening to you that you wish for in life. You won’t always succeed, and you won’t always find happiness at the end of the day. But this is all a part of life. If you only stand around and complain about what happened to you, then to that I say the following: Deal with it!
Instead of complaining, what you can do is turn that experience into knowledge and wisdom to apply to when you are faced with a similar situation. If you find that you failed because of a factor within your control, learn from that and apply it. Depression works the same way, instead of thinking why you are depressed or why this happened to you all the time, learn to accept it for what it is.
I have talked about how depression is a necessity in the past, it happens for a reason. Most things in life do happen for a reason, and what we can do is accept things for what they are and make the best out of them. Depression can offer up a change to the person bearing it.
In your life, you will come across several instances in which you may question why things happened the way they did. Well you can’t change what has become the past, but you can learn from it and apply those lessons to the present. As humans, that is the best we can do.
