Depression Tips: Challenge Negative Thoughts

If you find yourself in depression, or generally going in the direction of negative thinking, then challenge those thoughts.

Depression is born out of negative thoughts, and it grows with them. If those thoughts are challenged, you may begin to see a change take place.

To start, try to think more positively. Whenever you are encountered with negative thoughts, force your mind to think of something positive. Think of all the things you have in life, for example a loving relationship with others, your precious belongings and the fact that you are still alive.

Keep your chin up, be positive :).
