App Sneak Peek: Media Module

Phone_3The Media module contains motivational and informational material of different varieties. The module contains the following:

  • Music Videos: Contains relaxing music to kick back to and unwind.
  • Guided Meditation Videos: Close your eyes, cancel all noise around you and listen to the meditation videos. Immerse yourself in their voice as they taken you on a relaxing adventure.
  • Inspirational Videos: Contain videos aimed to emotionally inspire and motivate the viewers.
  • Articles: A section with informational articles primarily aimed at depression.

Why is this module useful?

The human mind is capable of absorbing information, and inspiration through a variety of ways. Some of the most effective methods however come in the form of videos. Combining the power of sound, visual and text together can create a strong force to help inspire and motivate users.

This module is easily one of the strongest in displaying the motivation theme of the app. It is best used when you’re in a quiet place and are able to block out the outside world with either headphones or a sound proof room.

Note: A little PSA, if anyone reading this is by chance interested in spreading the word about my free upcoming motivational app to help those with depression, anxiety or simply a lack of motivation. Please email me at: I’ll email you either a link or an attachment for a press kit (contains detailed information for the app).

The more people know of the app’s existence the better for it’s exposure, and helping others.

  1. This is a great idea and will definitely help a lot of people once it turns big. At the moment, I don’t have anyone close who’s in depression but i’ll be glad to see and navigate through it once complete. 🙂 So much value in this kind of app.

    1. Hey Iriz,

Thanks for the kind words. I do hope it does help out someone at the end of the day. There is no risk in trying either since all you would need is an Android device (or an emulator on the computer), and some space on the device you wish to run it on. Completely free to try it out and no costs involved for accessing the app.
