The Activities module is designed to help the users find and take note of activities they find useful for relaxation or motivational purposes.
So what can you as the user do in this module?
- Create new entries for activities you like to do.
- Have activities be suggested to you.
- Make detailed notes of the activities you tried, how helpful they were and if you would be willing to do it again.
You will have the chance to favorite your activity in an effort to keep track of what really works and what doesn’t.
How is this module helpful?
When we feel down in the dumps, or are without motivation, we don’t have the will to do anything really. This module is designed to help you try and start trying out different activities that could potentially translate into hobbies. Doing things you like is one way of re-igniting the motivation in you. Doing the things you like to do can help you ease your stress, give you time to think but at the same time relax.
